You can see if the sanitary pad is in the right position, by pulling your underwear up. It should cover the entire opening of your vagina.

In every two hours you should check your sanitary towels in order to see if it needs to be changed. You will know that it is time to change it when the sanitary towels is wet on the surface and no longer absorbing menstrual fluids
