Former Army spokesman Joseph Owuoth, who publicly contradicted President Uhuru by confirming the authenticity of the Raila Odinga's document, is set to appear before a military court martial next week.According to credible sources, Owuoth is accused of working with hostile individuals and enemies of the state with intension to bring down the Jubilee government, an offense punishable by death.
